Event & Conference Headshot Booths
Bring a professional headshot booth to your next event and let us handle the rest. We set up on-site with our mobile headshot studio, photograph as many attendees as you need during your booked time, and charge a simple hourly rate so you can scale the experience to your event.
Every unretouched image is released, and we send photos directly to each participant right away so your team doesn’t have to manage galleries, downloads, or follow-up. Express portrait booths start at $545+gst for two hours, plus $195+gst per additional hour. For guests who want an extra polished finish, optional retouching is available as an add-on.

How It Works
Participants can approach the booth as a walk-in service. We’ll get their contact information for delivery.
Our photographer takes several shots per person at different angles. Posing and expression will be guided by the photographer.
Files are delivered directly to participants via email. They can receive their photos as is, or request editing as an add-on service for $68 per image.
